Shipping + Returns
All parcels are sent with tracked postage, your tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel has been sent.
We currently do not ship outside of New Zealand and Australia, but will be looking to expand our shipping zones later in the year.
Please choose your items carefully as due to health and safety reasons, hair accessories cannot be returned.
However, if in the unlikely case your order arrives faulty, please email us within 2 days of receiving your order with an image of the fault and we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
